The city of Enid put out the following press release.
Beginning Monday, February 6th, there will be a road closure for a project beginning on East Elm Avenue between North 4th Street and Gore Street due to the beginning phase of a project allowing contractors to install a new water line.
The project is expected to last approximately four weeks and will have intermittent closures.
Motorists are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs and to drive with extreme caution in this area during the construction effort.
