Iron Maiden‘s Nicko McBrain has shared a new nine-minute video breakdown of the drum kit he’s using for the 2023 leg of the band's The Future Past world tour.
He’s seen in the video introducing his drum kit and symbols one-by-one and telling their story as only he can. As the International Ambassador for the U.K. based, British Drum Company, McBrain spent his early drumming years playing for the likes of Pat Travers and French rockers TRUST.
He’ll be playing the same kit as Iron Maiden tours North America during September and October.
Joining the group in 1982, McBrain is now the third longest-tenured member of Iron Maiden, behind bassist Steve Harris and guitarist Dave Murray.
