Melrose Place revival is in development and being pitched to networks and streaming platforms, with original stars Heather Locklear, Laura Leighton, and Daphne Zuniga on board. The potential series will follow the beloved characters from the original, who reunite to honor a deceased friend, leading to the uncovering of old traumas, romances, resentments, and new secrets. Created by Darren Star as a spinoff of Beverly Hills, 90210, the show ran for seven seasons from 1992 to 1999. The revival, being written by Lauren Gussis, creator of Netflix’s Insatiable, is expected to feature additional original cast members.
