In observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, the City of Enid Administration offices, Animal Control, Enid Public Library, and Recycle Center will be closed on December 24-25 and January 1.
City of Enid officials announced today that the Wednesday trash route will not be collected on December 25 and January 1. Wednesday’s trash route will be altered with the following pick up dates:
- Monday, December 23rd
- Monday, December 30th
- Monday, January 6th
- Wednesday, January 8th
The landfill will be open on Tuesday, December 24 from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and will be closed on Wednesday, December 25. The operating hours for Wednesday, January 1 will be 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The Meadowlake Golf Course will be closed on Wednesday, December 25.
Officials stated Enid Public Transportation Authority (EPTA) will not be operating on Tuesday, December 24; Wednesday, December 25; and Wednesday, January 1 in observance of the holidays.
