Drake has revealed the cover art for his Certified Lover Boy album, which is due out on September 3rd. The artwork — which was designed by famed artist Damien Hirst, features 12 pregnant women emojis in various skin tones and shirt colors, inspired by Hirst’s signature spot paintings.
Of course people had a lot to say about the cover art. One person tweeted, “Drake had n*ggas waiting almost a year for this damn album just for the artwork to be an animated take on Nick Cannon’s photo album.”
Another person wrote, “Drake and Kanye competing to see who can use the worst possible album artwork and Drake found a way to beat Donda.”
Meanwhile, another person wrote, “Kanye and Drake got the 2most most asinine album covers in album artwork history. 🤦🏾♂️n*ggas losing touch.”
Lil Nas X decided to troll Drake by photoshopping his own version of the CLB cover art featuring 12 pregnant men instead of women.
