Rapper, Iggy Azalea came forward to support Britney Spears in her efforts to get released from her 13-year conservatorship.

In a tweet, Azalea chronicled her firsthand experience of the conservatorship. She posted: “She is not exaggerating or lying. I saw her restricted from even the most bizarre & trivial things: like how many sodas she was allowed to drink. Why is that even necessary?”

In 2015, when the two had released their collaboration “Pretty Girls,” Azalea says that Britney’s dad approached her just moments before their performance on the Billboard Music Awards and told her if she didn’t sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, he wouldn’t allow her on stage.

She said, “The way he went about getting me to sign a contract, sounded similar to the tactics Britney spoke about last week in regards to her Las Vegas show.”

She added, “Britney Spears should not be forced to co-exist with that man when she's made it clear it is negatively impacting her mental health. This is not right at all.”

Among the shocking facts that came out last week during Spears' conservatorship hearing, Britney told the judge that she was forced to keep an IUD device in her body – despite wanting to have more children.
