A probate judge ruled Thursday (February 11th) that Jamie Spears will remain the co-conservator of his daughter, Britney Spears’ estate.

He will continue to work with Bessemer Trust to manage the pop star’s assets.

According to Page Six, Britney’s lawyer Sam Ingham said in a hearing, “It is, to me, reasonable that the two conservators should be able to figure out together without adding third parties to the mix how the investments are going to be handled.”

Ingham also stated that it is “no secret” that Britney “does not want her father as co-conservator,” but recognized that “removal is a separate issue and the court has declined to remove him on a speaking motion basis.”

Additional court dates have been set for March 17 and April 27.

Page Six also reports that Britney’s sister Jamie Lynn Spears made a ten-minute appearance at a virtual #FreeBritney rally on Thursday (February 11th).
