Billie Eilish is doing her part to make sure fans enjoy her concert safely.

The “bad guy” singer, who is currently on her Happier Than Ever world tour, briefly stopped her Atlanta show on Saturday after a concertgoer had trouble breathing, according to Danna Macias, who attended the event held at the city’s State Farm Arena.

“They helped her out of general admission and made sure she was okay,” Macias told E! News. “After that, Billie noticed people were struggling, so she asked everyone to take a step back and make room for everyone. Suddenly people started asking for an inhaler, another girl was struggling to breathe. Billie stopped everything!”

This isn’t the first time that Eilish, 20, has paused a performance to make sure her fans are okay. She’s done so at previous shows as well, as recently as November last year.

Atlanta was just the second stop, after New Orleans, on Eilish’s Happier Than Ever world tour, which commenced on February 3. The tour wraps up its U.S. leg at Coachella in April.
