The magazine calls the record “cunning and full of surprises,” and notes that spent a record-breaking 10 weeks at No. 1 this year, along with earning SZA nine Grammy nominations. Olivia Rodrigo's sophmore album, Guts, landed at No. 5 on the list with RS proclaiming her “one of her generation’s best pop songwriters.” Boygenius, Lil Yachty, Paramore, and Victoria Monet also landed in the top 10 of the year's best albums, while Karol G, Jessie Ware, and Janelle Monae were in the top 20.
