On Friday, April 14th, Saturday, April 15th, and Sunday, April 16th the 77th annual rattlesnake hunt will be held in Waynoka. Lots of exciting events are planned for the 3-day hunt like helicopter rides, a petting zoo, inflatables, ax throwing, and a biker rodeo.
Also coinciding with the hunt is a town-wide garage sale that will be taking place the 14th-16th as well. This year’s hunt is in honor of senior member Doris Smiley. Several prizes will be awarded during the festival as well including an AR-15 gun raffle.
On Saturday, free ham and beans will be served at the Waynoka saddle club building.
