A Crash Involving Two Motorcycles Occurred Near Boise City, OK

A personal injury collision occurred at the intersection of E0200 and N0260 near Boise City on Tuesday, October 10. At 3:40 pm, the driver of a Honda XR650 motorcycle and the driver of a KTM 500 motorcycle both failed to yield for a stop sign. The Honda was following the KTM driver too closely and subsequently bumped into the other, and rolled one-quarter time. The driver departed the roadway right and came to rest on its side with the driver underneath.

The driver of the Honda sustained a leg injury and was transported to Cimarron Memorial Hospital in Boise City, OK. He was admitted in stable condition. The KTM driver sustained no injuries.

The crash was investigated by Trooper Maravilla #483 and assisted by the Cimarron County Sheriff’s Department.
