Cheryl Patterson officially joined the City Council as Ward One in Enid Oklahoma.
Patterson won the Ward One Recall vote on April 2, beating the previous existing Ward One Commissioner Judd Blevins with 829 votes to Blevins’ 561.
The meeting participants and commissioners rose to welcome Patterson once she was administered the Oath of Office.
Cheryl Patterson has been a resident of Enid for 40 years and has experience on the Garfield County Election Board and served on the Enid Public School’s board.
