City of Enid Addresses Rise in Water Main Breaks

The City of Enid’s Utility Maintenance Department has reported an above-average increase in water main breaks due to the low temperatures.

The department has since released a statement claiming its crew were “swiftly addressing reported incidents based on priority.”

Certain areas of Enid might experience low water pressure or brief outages while crews are around. If you are experiencing brown/discolored water, please run all cold-water faucets in the home for 20 minutes to flush the lines out.
