The City of Enid has announced multiple road closures to allow contractors to repair several roads:
- The southbound lane on S. 30th St. from Oklahoma Ave. to Market Ave.
- This closure will span from March 4-11.
- The full road of 1702 E. Oak Ave.-1714 E. Oak. Ave.
- This closure will span from Feb. 29 to March 22.
- Motorists are encouraged to find alternative parking due to restricted access to residential driveways.
- A small segment in front of 614 Rush Ave.
- It will span from Feb. 28 to March 13.
- Residents are requested to find alternative parking due to restricted driveway access.
- A segment of E. Oklahoma Ave. from S. 16th St. to S. 17th St.
- Closure will be on Thursday, Feb. 29, and will last from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Part of S. 54th St. between Market Ave. and the rail road tracks will be closed.
- The closure is expected to last from March 4 to May 15.
All of these closures will be weather-permitting. Motorists should drive with extreme caution when approaching the construction areas and should abide by the posted traffic signs.
