The City of Enid Technical Services Department announced today they will be reprogramming the school zone beacons for all school zones in the Enid area. This recalibration will take place on Wednesday, July 26th to Friday, July 28th for Chisholm Public Schools, Pioneer-Pleasant Vale Schools, Enid Public Schools, and all other school beacons within Enid’s city limits.
Motorists should take extra caution in following the posted speed limit in the school zones at all times while the beacons are flashing for these few days.
