EPS is welcoming its newest students; beginning next week, the 2024-2025 enrollment for four-year-old children will be entirely online.

Parents or guardians enrolling their children as EPS students will need the following to enroll:

  • Child’s immunization record
  • Birth certificate
  • Verification of address
    • A utility bill will suffice
  • Hospital footprints will not be accepted

Assistant Superintendent of Elementary Education, Randy Rader, expressed the need for urgency for enrollment.

“We are thrilled every year to welcome our newest, youngest learners to EPS,” Rader said. “We pride ourselves in meeting the needs of all families but are also conscientious of our staffing needs. We encourage all families to enroll as soon as they can so we can place students and continue to serve families by having sites staffed adequately.”

Families without access to electronic devices can complete online enrollment at the EPS Welcome Center at 500 S. Independence St. between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning April 1. Resources and assistance will be available.
