The Enid Skate Park Mural was a partnership between the City of Enid and the Public Arts Commission of Enid (PACE). The mural is on two buildings owned by Luckinbill Inc. overlooking the skate park, which opened in December, 2020. Mayor George Pankonin and other city officials were on hand for the ceremony
