Last night on Monday, March 21st, Forgotten Ministries had zoning approved for 3 unique construction projects.  The 1st project that was approved was the ropes course that would be constructed on a lot between Nagel Ave and 4th St.

The Tiny Home Village would be constructed between 4th St and Moore Ave just south of the course. While the Men’s Center would be south of the Tiny Home Village on 4th St and Steele Ave.

Primarily the Rope Course would be used for Forgotten Ministries Children’s Program.  While the target group of the Tiny Home Village would be older retired people who need to get active again, the Village would have activities like gardening for them to do to keep them active.

The Men’s Center would have living quarters and classes for Forgotten Ministries Men’s Program. While there the men would work and learn skills so they would be job-ready when they graduate from the program. Forgotten Ministries also has partnered with local businesses in the area to find the men jobs upon graduation.
