Golden Oaks Retirement Village announced on its Facebook page late on Thursday night that they have been acquired by Baptist Village Communities. Baptist Village Communities announced the acquisition on their Facebook page as well prior to the Golden Oaks announcement.
In a statement about the purchase, Baptist Village Communities said “BVC will begin a due-diligence period with anticipated completion later this fall. BVC and Golden Oaks Village are both excited for the future of senior living and services in Oklahoma.”
