Jeremiah Interview here.

Jeremiah from Forgotten Ministries and Five 80 Coffee recently had an interview with EnidLIVE! about the upcoming fundraiser event he is hosting. The event will be on Saturday, October 28 all day.

He started off by talking about the event as a whole. Quoted by Jeremiah, “They can definitely buy coffee, so if they like coffee, we’ll have coffee going there. We’re gonna have tons of brochures at each booth that explains kind of in-depth the goal of each program is . . .  like our kids’ program.”

Jeremiah then talked about how his ministry started small in Enid. As stated by him, “When we first started, the first steps of mobilizing the church was how do we take the things they are good at, which is worship and preaching the gospel, and how do we take that into communities. It started with one bus, and started with one grill, and then it became two grills, and then it became a U-Haul truck . . . .”

He talked more about the coffee shop and how it affects the environment. As quoted by Jeremiah, “We’re able to partner with churches and go out into the community . . . as the coffee shop became a place that was able to love and to serve people from different cultures and different classes, that it welcomed everyone . . . .”
