The Enid Regional Development Alliance Hired Marcie Mack As The Organization’s New Executive Director

The Enid Regional Development Alliance hired Marcie Mack as the organization’s new executive director on Friday, August 25th. She has been the director of talent acquisition and development for MidAmerica Industrial Park in Pryor since January 2022. She previously worked at Autry Technology Center as an assistant superintendent.

The motion to hire Mack was approved at a special meeting on Friday. She was awarded the 2017 Star of Education Rising Star Award; which is presented to an Oklahoma CareerTech director who “Demonstrates strong commitment to the goals and mission of CareerTech.” She was also named to The Journal Record’s 50 Making a Difference list for 2021 and its Power 2021 Education list.

Marcie Mack also raised the funding for CareerTech training and adapted to the changing workforce needs of Oklahoma industries.

She earned her doctorate degree in educational administration from Oklahoma State University and also earned her master’s degree in telecommunications management.
