Johnathan Martinez and Jhon Alan Nieto were arrested on Tuesday after being accused of abusing clients at the Robert M. Greer Center.
Martinez was arrested for abuse by the caretaker and conspiracy while Nieto was arrested for resisting arrest and obstruction.
Jonathan Colon Orozco also has a warrant for abuse by a caretaker, but is believed to have fled the state to avoid arrest.
The Robert M. Greer Center is a treatment facility for those who are diagnosed with mental illnesses and intellectual disabilities. In June, the Enid Police Department began their investigation after receiving complaints from a former employee of the facility reporting abuse of clients. They learned that multiple employees had coordinated physical abuse that involved the choking and beating of several clients.
