West Chestnut Ave. will undergo a single-lane closure to allow contractors to work on a waterline.
The closure will last from Monday, April 29 to Thursday, May 2 and will span from Blue Stem Rd. to North Garland Rd. The closure is weather permitting.
The construction effort is a part of the Kaw Lake Waterline Installation program.
Motorists are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs and to drive with extreme caution in this area during construction.
