We are Messenger’s lead singer Dan Mulligan spoke with Enidlive.com about his upcoming concert at the Stride Bank Center on Friday, March 31st. We are Messengers will be the opening act for Casting Crowns the popular Christian band playing at the Stride Bank Center on March 31st.

Mulligan came to the U.S. from Ireland initially to play in a rock and roll band before becoming a Christian and forming We Are Messengers. Casting Crowns and We are Messengers are no strangers to long road trips.

For example, We are Messengers will be playing a show in Carlsbad New Mexico Thursday night before their Friday show. When asked about what life on the road is like Mulligan said: “If you asked me that 6 years ago I would have said it’s awesome but now it is absolutely exhausting but it is so beautiful that we get to share this message with thousands of people each night”.

Mulligan brings his rock band roots to We are Messengers which he thinks sets his band apart from others in the Christian music industry. During the interview, Mulligan also talks about surviving a rollover car wreck in 2022 and walking it off before hitch hiking to the airport to catch his next show.
