The Enid Plainsmen have made it to the State Tournament. Plainsmen Head Baseball Coach Brad Gore spoke with CTB Sports about the upcoming State Tournament. Coach Gore 1st spoke about his team’s incredible run in the Regional Tournament where they won 4 straight after dropping their 1st game to Norman North.
The Plainsmen battled back defeating Muskogee 9-3, Norman North in a rematch 4-0, Piedmont 10-0, and Piedmont again 10-1. Their opponent Westmoore took a similar path dropping their 2nd game in Regionals before winning 3 straight.
Westmoore is 22-17 on the year and has some big wins over Edmond Santa Fe, Edmond North, and Piedmont.
