Pickup Trucks engine catches fire Tuesday February 22nd in Driveway near Dog Lane.

The engine of a pickup truck caught fire near Dog Lane on Tuesday, February 22nd. The pickup was sitting in the driveway of a man when the engine caught fire.  Enid’s Fire Department was quickly on the scene and began to put out the fire.

While the fire was put out fairly quickly, the engine burned hot and it took nearly 20 minutes for the Fire Department to get steam and smoke to stop emitting from the vehicle. Quick action from the Fire Department stopped the whole vehicle from going up in flames.
