The Enid Public Library will be hosting a Let’s Talk Meal Prep class on August 1st at 5:30 PM.
Participants in the class will learn how to prep food like a pro with tips on planning, shopping, food safety, and nutrition. Attendees will also take away fact sheets and a meal.
