Marilyn Manson is being sued yet again. TMZ reports that model Ashley Morgan Smithline claims she suffered sexual assault and sexual battery in the lawsuit dating back to 2010, allegations which Manson's team denies. She's also suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.

According to the documents, Smithline claims Manson initially reached out to her on social media and told her he wanted to cast her in an upcoming film project. She says he developed an obsession, calling her "the perfect girl for him."

According to Smithline, Manson flew her to L.A. in November of 2010 and asked her to move in with him, which she did. That was the start of their consensual sexual relationship, however Smithline says that just days after moving in she "awoke from unconsciousness with her ankles and wrists tied together behind her back and (Manson) sexually penetrating her." Despite her pleas to stop, he allegedly told her to shut up and squeezed her ribs, causing injuries. She also claims to have suffered injuries to her vagina.

Other allegations include him choking her, cutting her with a knife in multiple places and breaking her nose during forced sex. She says he also regularly threatened her life, "kept her confined to a dark space, physically abused her, called her anti-Semitic names and implemented torture tactics to maintain control over her." They remained together until 2013.

A spokesperson for Manson told TMZ, "We strongly deny Ms. Smithline’s claims. There are so many falsehoods within her claims that we wouldn’t know where to begin to answer them. This relationship, to the limited extent it was a relationship, lasted less than a week in 2010."
