(Enid, OK) A portion of Oklahoma Avenue, between 5th and 6th Street, is closed due to a collapse in the street.
According to an email from the city, the closure will affect emergency room access at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center from S. Oklahoma. The emergency room can still be accessed from the northeast side of the hospital off Cherokee Avenue.
Per the email, the collapse was caused by a failure of the storm sewer that was connected to the bridge.
