The construction on the water main at Cleveland and Willow will be finished in 1 week. Since construction began at the intersection 3 weeks ago, the intersection has been a 4 way stop. To facilitate the final phase of the construction. The through traffic at North Cleveland St will be moved to 1 lane each way.
Willow Rd will also have its traffic reduced to 1 lane each way until the construction is complete. The purpose of the road closures is to give construction crews enough time to complete a new water main.
Upon completion of the project, traffic will return to normal and the disabled stoplights will be put back into use.
