The City of Enid is now accepting applications for entries to the 2022 Walk of Fame Nominations. Enid gives out walk of fame awards to Enid community members that have made significant contributions to the city of Enid. To be considered for the Walk of Fame a community member either needs to have a lifetime of achievement and contributions to the community. Or they need to have performed an extraordinary act of selflessness or statesmanship.
Enid’s City Clerk will be excepting nominations until 5 pm on Wednesday, June 15th. The presentation of the award will occur during the Cherokee Strip days celebration in September and will be awarded by the mayor and the city commissioners.
