The city of Enid put out the following press release regarding a road closure:
Beginning Thursday, February 23rd there will be a road closure for the area of South Garland Road and Parkwood Avenue intersection allowing contractors to a new waterline. Garland Road will not be affected.
This closure is expected to last approximately five days. Motorists are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs and to drive with extreme caution in this area during the construction effort.
