A two-vehicle accident that happened on Thursday has left two women injured and in the hospital
Sahara Webber, 25, and Cynthia Baker, 65, were both approaching the intersection of West Owen K. Garriott Rd. and South Monroe St. Baker’s 2023 Nissan Pathfinder came into contact with Webber’s 2015 Ford Flex, flipping the former vehicle on its roof.
Both women were transported to Integris Health Enid Hospital and were admitted in stable condition with head, external trunk and arm injuries.
Webber told authorities that she was unable to see the light at the intersection because she had her visor down to block the sun. Conversely, Baker told authorities that she had a green light when entering the intersection, a statement that a witness of the accident later confirmed.
