The Chisholm Trail Expo Center is set to host the National Youth Ranch Rodeo Association’s Men’s Open Ranch Rodeo on Friday, July 25.
Starting at 7 p.m., the rodeo will feature various events, including sorting & penning, doctoring, stray gathering and maverick branding. There will only be space in the event for 20 teams, each with up to four participants. Each team will need to pay $600 for entry into the event, and teams will have the option to pay $100 as a down payment to reserve a spot.
The rules meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. before the rodeo. Cowboy attire will be required. Winning teams will receive 1st place buckles.
