Oklahoma State has announced its nominees for Big 12 Athlete of the Year. Each Big 12 School nominates a male and female athlete for the honor. The 2 nominees were Wyatt Hendrickson and Emma Robbins.
Wyatt Hendrickson won the Heavyweight National Championship in wrestling after pulling off maybe the greatest upset in wrestling history by defeating Gable Steveson, an Olympic Gold Medalist who dominated college wrestling until his defeat to Hendrickson.
Emma Robbins was a 1st team All-American who finished 4th in the hammer throw and broke the school record 5 times during her career.
