The Enid Police Department arrested 68-year-old Milo Vance Fogle on Monday for attempting to solicit a minor and meeting up with her.
The investigation began earlier in August when Fogle used multiple social media platforms to communicate with underage girls. Unbeknownst to him, he was corresponding with an undercover detective posing as a teen. During these conversations, Fogle sent pornographic images and videos, discussed explicit sexual acts and shared a nude photo of himself.
When Fogle arrived at the arranged meeting location, he was taken into custody and charged with soliciting a minor, violating the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor — all felony offenses. He was booked into the Garfield County Detention Facility.
At the time of his arrest, Fogle was also found in possession of alcohol and marijuana.
