The student president of Enid FFA Aubrey Weeks sat down with EnidLIVE! this week to discuss the chapter’s upcoming peach sale in the Atwoods parking lot this weekend.
The sale will run from roughly 7 a.m.-7 p.m. at the Atwoods in Enid, across from the Walmart along West Owen K. Garriott Road. The proceeds will go towards allowing Enid FFA to fund their operations and pay their entry fees into annual events
“Overall, a lot of our funding goes to competition fees, buying stuff for the classroom and we are currently building our ag welding building…a lot of [the funds] will go to supplies in there,” Weeks said. “Basically everything we do, there is a lot.”
The peaches will be sold while supplies last.
