The 38th Annual Trivia Night in Kremlin is making its return for the fall season!
The event will take place at the Kremlin Community Building on Friday, Oct. 24, at 6:30 p.m.
Teams of up to six people can participate, and any age can join and play.
EnidLIVE!’s Derek Darr sat down with Roger Gosen from Kremlin-Hillsdale Public Schools to discuss the event and give some insight on what to expect.
Gosen began by giving a general overview of the event, along with some categories that will pop up.
“It’s a pub style this year…we do different kinds of questions. We have general knowledge, current events and then I’ll have some trivial type of categories, music or sports; and then there’ll be some academia-like presidents or capitals, things like that.”
Gosen looked back at the event and shared some changes made to make the game more friendly.
“It started 38 years ago, doing it with the high school team. We did buzzers, and people buzzed in for the correct answer, but that puts a lot of pressure on adults…so we went to the pub style a couple of years back, and people like that a lot better because you don’t always have to be the first, you just gotta know the information.”
Admission is $20 per person and teams can purchase a bundle of five mulligans to be used on answers for $50 extra.
