The Enid Frights Up the Plains is set to bring the Halloween spirit to downtown Enid on Friday, Oct. 31.
The event will take place on the Garfield County Courthouse lawn from 5-8 p.m. Businesses, organizations and individuals will set up booths full of candy for everyone! Attendees can participate in the costume contests, the Halloween Queen pageant, an apple or pumpkin recipe contest and a jack-o-lantern contest!
The costume contest groups are ages 0-5, 6-12, 13-18, adults and group costumes.
The Halloween Queen pageant is for women over 18 whose outfits embody the spirit of Halloween.
