The City of Enid has announced an extension for a construction project to install a walking trail along South Oakwood Rd.
As crews begin the second phase of the construction project, northbound traffic on South Oakwood Rd. will be limited to single-lane access from South La Mesa Dr. to West Randolph Ave. The new timeline will extend the project to Sunday, Dec. 28
