The Memorial services celebrating and honoring the life of Paul Irick Buffalo jr., 70, of Enid, will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday June 23, 2026, in the Maine Nazarene Church. Complete cremation care is under the direction of Brown-Cummings, A life celebration home.
Paul was born October 23, 1955, to Paul Irick Sr. and Margaret L. Hess Buffalo, in Cherokee, Oklahoma and passed from this life June 18, 2026, in Enid, Oklahoma.
He moved to Enid at a young age and attended Enid Public Schools. After his schooling he began working in various jobs as a laborer doing metal work, laying carpet, plumbing work, carpentry, woodworking and many other blue-collar jobs; he was a “Jack of all trades, master of none”. He moved to Oklahoma City for a short time and later back to Enid in the early 1990’s to be near his family. He married Margaret Gehay, April 15, 2016,in Enid where the couple made their home. He was a member of the Enid Maine Nazarene Church. He enjoyed riding horses in his younger years, and later golfing, woodworking, and gardening. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife Margaret Buffalo, of the home, two children, Stephanie and John Munker and their two children, Juliane and William and Shawncie and Nathan Drennen and their two children, Lilly and Josh; four bonus children, Jennifer and John Bricknell and their five children, Brittany and Gavin Langley and their three children, Stephanie Sarver and her son William, and Steven Sarver and his five children; four siblings, Fred and Janice Buffalo, Gary Buffalo, Jerry Buffalo, and Paula Chastain; and numerous other nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents Paul Sr. and Margaret Buffalo and one brother, Dick Melvin.
