The City of Enid Engineering Department has announced a closure for the outer lane on eastbound West Willow Road to allow crews to complete asphalt sidewalk repairs.
This closure will be enforced near the construction area at the Willow Run Street intersection. Motorists can expect the closure to last from Aug. 20-26.
