64-year-old Kevin Richard Ullrich was arrested on complaints of aggravated possession of child sexual abuse material and failure to register as a sex offender.
According to a press release from the Enid Police Department, an investigation began when Detective Sean Dyer received a Cybertip about an account in the area that uploaded more than 1,400 images of CSAM. Dyer obtained a search warrant for the account information and determined the account belonged to Ullrich. After initially denying having illegal files, Ullrich later admitted to possessing the material in the interview.
Ullrich, who has now been booked into the Garfield County Detention Facility, was previously convicted of procuring obscene material in 2007 in Beaver County, Oklahoma.
