The Chisholm Trail Metropolitan Planning Organization is inviting the public to a meeting regarding the CTMPO 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan.
The meeting will be a chance for Enid citizens to provide input on the draft for the new transportation plan. The time for the meeting will be from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 29 in the City of Enid Council Chambers.
The Metropolitan Transportation Plan is a long term plan that addresses needs and opportunities involving streets, bridges, traffic safety, public transit, freight and rail, sidewalks, bicycle facilities and other ways people and goods make their way through town. The plan will direct decisions and investments regarding transportation until 2050.
Attendees can come and go at any time during the meeting and will be able to review information, visit the project team and and submit comments and questions before the plan if finalized. Community feedback will allow the CTMPO to fine tune the plan.
