The 2026 Walk to End Alzheimer’s will return to Enid on Friday, Oct. 16, beginning at the North Lawn of the Garfield County Courthouse.
The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a ceremony at 6 p.m., followed by the walk.
Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the world’s largest fundraiser for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research.
Visit enidwalk.org to sign up to walk or make a donation. Funds raised will drive global research towards risk reduction and tests to detect dementia early. In addition, donations support patients and their families and could help fund a cure.
Any walker who raises $100.00 or more will receive a free T-shirt.
