The judge acknowledged Leno’s actions, affirming that he is doing everything right and that Mavis consents to the conservatorship. Leno also revealed that he is in the process of estate planning and reviewing his wife’s will. Mavis, 77, reportedly suffers from advanced dementia and often experiences disorientation.
