Jeremy Allen White is in talks to play Bruce Springsteen in the upcoming biopic Deliver Me From Nowhere. The film will focus on the making of Springsteen's 1982 album, Nebraska, and has the involvement of The Boss and his manager, Jon Landau.
While Springsteen has been featured in concert films before, this will be the first biopic about his life. White, known for his role in the series Shameless, has gained new recognition in recent years for his role on The Bear — and recently won an Emmy for his work. The new film will be based on Warren Zanes' book Deliver Me From Nowhere: The Making of Bruce Springsteen's Nebraska.
