Sean 'Diddy' Combs filed new court documents this week in which he denied taking part in the gang rape of a 17-year-old girl nearly 20 years ago at a New York recording studio. The woman, identified only as ane Doe, alleges that Combs was one of three men who took turns raping her.

But the response that his attorney filed Tuesday in the Southern District of New York, insists that the hip-hop mogul “never participated in, witnessed, or was or is presently aware of any misconduct, sexual or otherwise,” relating to the woman “in any circumstance whatsoever.”

The filing also questions “the context, genuineness, and/or accuracy” of photos included in the lawsuit that allegedly showing the victim sitting on Diddy's lap in the recording studio on the night in question.
