Duane Allen Frazer, 60, faces eight felony counts related to the sexual abuse and exploitation of three minors.
The investigation began with reports alleging sexual abuse of three children by Frazer, two aged 9 and the other aged 7. A search warrant was executed at Frazer’s residence, and multiple digital storage devices were seized.
Forensic interviews were conducted with the children, and multiple disclosures of sexual abuse and inappropriate touching by Frazer were made.
Detective Lenamond and Detective Sean Dyer discovered more than 325,000 videos and photos containing child pornography, with 382 files depicting one of the 9-year-old victims, on the storage devices.
Frazer was charged in April following the investigation and is currently being held with a $750,000 bond.
