Allegedly Intentional Crash Puts Motorcyclist in Critical Condition

The Enid Police Department has concluded from witness testimony that a motorcycle crash that took place on Wednesday, Aug. 13, at 2:46 p.m. was intentional.

The accident took place at 2622 N. Van Buren, with officers and medical staff discovering 43-year-old Sage B. Martin suffering from critical injuries.

Martin was flown to Integris Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City.

After speaking with witnesses and reviewing the evidence, officers concluded that Martin had been intentionally struck by the the oncoming vehicle that hit him.

Officers arrested 33-year-old Kristyn Norton on complaints of assault with a deadly weapon and two complaints of child endangerment, as Norton had two children in the vehicle when the collision occurred.
